Beautiful day today, doing some database archiving so while the processes run I'm just lounging outside with the smoker going. Gonna have some tasty veal and pork tonight.

Got some Osso Buco smoking then its gonna get braised. I can't wait for the farmer's markets to start so I can make some cash on the weekends.

Its always a good day to speed on the Thruway, except up around Catskill where the bridge is missing the guard rail.
