Sites that have UT maps AND rate them?

I know all about Nalicity. Love that place. A lot of their maps are "rated" 1-10. The ratings are actually pretty accurate. But the get new maps in daily and don't get around to rating them for quite some time.

I'm now looking for a new site that has maps AND rates them. Thanks.
