Site to makes other words from a started word?

Anyone have a website where you can enter a word and have it spit out other words that can be made from the letters? Preferably something that might let you sort them out alphabetically or by number of letters or anything? QUick google search didn't find what I was looking for.

Yeah something like that. It's for a game at work. Basically we have a word or phrase that we need to make as many words from as possible. Doesn't have to use ALL the letters, just have to make words.

So if the word was BUSINESS, You'd come up with bus, sine, sines, nubs.... and so on.

All the ones I find only give you things that use all the letters so you get a bunch of crap that means nothing...
