Site to buy quiet computer fans?

Can somebody provide me with a link or two where I can get extremely quiet computer fans? I'm looking for <25dba fans in 80 mm size. I've checked 2cooltek but I couldn't find any. Any ideas? What brands are quiet panaflos and ??

I have 4 of the 80mm L1A's in my antec and the fan i hear over them is the YS Tech on my alpha. (the YS Tech isn't that loud either) However, Cliff's has tutorials on fan/bay bus'. I built the rheostat bay bus in the link below and clock down the speed slightly on my intake, to create positive pressure &amp; cut down on dust in my case.

From what I've heard, Papst makes the best, quietest fans. http://www.ebm.com/ is the US distributor and can locate a retailer for you. Check out the specs on their 80mm variofans.
