Police in Maryland, however, beg to differ.
The 24-year-old R&B singer, whose cheerfully risqu celebration of barely there underwear made him a 2000 chart-topper, is facing a felony assault charge after allegedly firing a 9mm handgun at a man getting into his car in Baltimore County, Maryland, officials there said.
Sisqo, booked under his given name Mark Althaven Andrews, was arrested in the pre-dawn hours of September 13. The onetime Pepsi pitchman is currently free on $175,000 bail.
