SiSoftware Sandra 2005 won't boot

I am doing some benchmarking on 2 of my computers, for the school and I have reached a never-met problem . On one of them SiSoftware Sandra Lite 2005.SR3 will not boot after the installation. I have tried to reinstall the application, rebooting, disabeling other applications, but nothing helps. The downside I that I have to use this very computer for the testing, therefore it's extremely improtant for me. Any ideas what may cause the troubles?
