What's important, and how can I change it? I'm running a Prescott P4 3.0, in an Intel D865PERL mobo, with some OCZ memory, 2-512MB sticks, an x800Pro. How do I roll from here?

If you are using a CPU fan that connects directly to a Molex plug on the PSU, Sandra will give that error since it can't read the speed of the fan (fan isn't plugged into the motherboard) and therefore it can just be ignored if this is the case. It could also be a 120MM fan running at a very slow speed. If the CPU fan is plugged directly in to the 3-pin CPU fan header on the motherboard and is not a super slow speed fan then this may be something to worry about.

The potential problems I see are:

1) You don't have any type of anti-virus software installed. If you EVER access the Internet on the computer you should definitely install something! (AVG personal edition is free and works quite well.)

2) You have automatic updates disabled. Even if you don't want to let Windows automatically update itself, you should set this to Notify so that you can know when there are critical updates you should install.

3) SP2 fixes a LOT of bugs, issues, and security holes in Windows XP. Even though it does have some quirks that I don't personally like much, it's definitely highly recommended that you install SP2 if possible.

4) If you are using a CRT monitor, increase the refresh rate of the display to at least 75Hz. You'll get a clearer picture (usually) and a lot less flicker. If you are using an LCD that wants a refresh rate lower than 75Hz just ignore this one.

5) Why do you have 4 optical (CD/DVD) drives installed? :p

6)
Processes Information
Analysing...
Warning : wmiprvse : Process no longer exists!
This may or may not be a problem. Windows XP uses wmiprvse.exe to run system services independently so that a failed service doesn't cause other services to fail. The file name is also commonly used by virus and spyware developers to hide their own processes and this particular error message is a warning flag that you may have something unwanted hiding on your system. This is a good example of why you really should install anti-virus as soon as possible and run a full system scan. A good spyware removal tool such as Microsoft's Anti-Spyware tool would be a good idea as well.

When I turn my monitor up to 75 hertz, it starts to flicker heavily in the top left corner. My monitor's going down pretty badly now, atm. It said I didn't have antivirus/spyware/firewall because I disabled it to run the test. I've got McAfee Enterprise Edition, Microsoft AntiSpyware, and ZoneAlarm running. I do have a CPU fan running off of molex. Even I knew that was the reason why it didn't show up.
