what does this mean.

ALso I am getting low benchmarks on memory 356/406, how can i improve this

Do you have your memory set to Auto or Yes in the bios? I was manually setting mine to cas 2 133, when I set it to "YES"(AUTO) in the 1.8 bios it went up to 442/543 in Sandra.
