SiSoft Sandra crashes Asus P4S333

I recently built a new system with the following specs:

* Windows XP Pro
* Intel 1.8Ghz Northwood CPU running at 2.2Ghz (122FSB)
* Corsair XMS PC2700 256MB x 2 (CAS 2-4-4-7-Auto)
* Sunflower AVC Cooler with Arctic Silver 3
* Asus P4S333C Motherboard
* Radeon 8500 (Retail)
* Turtle Beach Santa Cruz Sound Card
* Western Digital Firwire Card
* 3Com Ethernet Card

The system is very stable with the CPU temperature at 40C is BIOS. Completes all benchmarks EXCEPT for the memory bandwidth test in Sisoft Sandra 2002 which causes a reboot. I have tried a complete reinstall of the hardware (only the graphics card installed) with a clean Windows XP install and no overclocking but the same problem happens.

I am stumped... anyone have any ideas?

me no guru at all.... but hey..sometimes a pt of view from the dump might help..

have you try

1) just install 1 DDR stick ?
2) underclock the memory setting a bit ?
3) ..also.. is your mobo new ? ... you think it will be the mobo ?

Have you increased the ddram voltage? I would try it at +.1 or even +.2 volts, and it should run more stable.

I have tried one stick in all the 3 slots. I have increased the voltage to 2.7V (no effect - still crashes). The motherboard is brand new. I am not the only person with this problem. Check out the Asusboards forum (Intel CPUs - Other chipsets).
