Sisoft Sandra 2001+W2K=application freezup

Is anybody else having this problem with Sandra? If I start my computer up and run Sandra it is fine, but if I let the system run for 3 or more hours and then run Sandra--BAM-- stuck at the rectangular "Sisoft Sandra 2001" screen until I end task on it. Anybody know what could be causing this? Here's the components of my system if you don't want to look at my rig:

Abit KT7-RAID in 0-array with two Maxtors
AMD 900 (stock)
Crucial 128Mb PC-100
ASUS V7100 MX
Soundblaster live
3com NIC
W2k with SP-1

I think I will reinstall the program to see if it helps.
