SIS755 Mobo's

A'm trying to make up my new system but am still waiting for the better SIS755 Mobo.

Anandtech has already published some info About the upcomming ASUS K8S, but does anybody know when this board will be available?

Or do I have to go for the new Chaintech ZNF 250 (Nforce 3 250)
