Has anyone removed their hs and placed some as3 on it??? Have you noticed any more stability in getting higher ocing?? My temps are only 26c so I don't know if this would even help....


Has anybody had to up voltage on the ddr slots to gain stability as well?? I have chips rated to 333mhz (pc2700) but just wondering if the board may be undervolting the ram....Ie my last ECS sis board seemed to do that...i could not get stable my crucial ram at 300mhz but on my intel ddr boards I achieved near 333mhz ddr...

I'll give this a bump Duvie as I've been considering if the addition of ASIII and a better HS/F would increase the overclocking capabilities of the SiS645 chipset and in particularly, the P4S333 as well.

I noticed almost no change when using asII instead of the pad with the Intel heatsink. I put heat spreaders on my memory, and increased the voltage by +.2. I also left the case setting at 2.5 and 2T (only when using more than 1 stick of ddram). I'm running at 138 fsb (1.6 cpu vcore). I can run at 142, but my modem disconnects. I couldn't get my modem to work right above 138 or with a case 2 setting, no matter how high I set the voltages. My cpu temps are 39-43 celcius. Mobo is epox 4sda+.
