Hey, I installed SiSsoft Sandra 2009, and it is reporting that my CPU is above the rated core voltage?

Here's what it reports:

SiSoftware Sandra

And then, at the bottom of the screen, it will provide some tips:

Performance Tips
Tip 210 : Mainboard supports faster CPUs, so the CPU can be upgraded when needed.
Notice 224 : SMBIOS/DMI information may be inaccurate.
Warning 236 : Vcore higher than rated maximum. Check Vcore setting!
Tip 2 : Double-click tip or press Enter while a tip is selected for more information about the tip.

On the other hand, here's what CPU-Z reports:

Well, since imageshack links seem to be messed up, CPU-Z reports 1.102v~ I even dips below 1v when in power saving mode, so i guess that's OK.

I'm a complete newb when it comes to technical stuff like this (voltages, RAM timings, etc) so, should I be worried at all?

SiS Sandra seems to be stuck at that voltage value, but even then, it's not high, is it? 1.138v?
