Taipei, February 25, 2004- Silicon Integrated Systems Corp. (SiS), a leading supplier of core logic chipsets, today announced the launch of its newest south bridge, the SiS965, supporting PCI Express and integrated Gigabit LAN and featuring support for up to 4 SATA ports.

Probably about the same, maybe a little more for the first while. Dunno for sure, but I kinda doubt there is much reason for a higher price.

WHY IS IT ALWAYS SIS??????

I mean they limited manufaturer support, usually tend to lack other common features of the intel chipsets, and usually suck at ocing to same levels we see today on many of the i875/i865 mobos......

Any idea how long until an intel chipset will be introduced with this???
