Sis has Ipod problems...

out of her 1543 songs, only 600 will upload after 2 subsequent uploads she is up to 800 songs

and when she trys to update it it says that her "disk cannon be read from or written to"

plays songs fine they just wont transfer

its a 30GB video Ipod (white)

Pc transfering from runs windows xp ~60GB HDD

if u wanna know anyhthing else just ask

plz help her cuz i dont know a whole lot bout Ipods

Format the ipod using ipod updator and try putting songs back on.

She said that she used the updater to restore it and its telling her it still needs to be restored any other ideas?



nvm she ran it again and it works fine now thanks for the help
