SIS 648 chipset mb's...when are they out?

LOL! They are............................... I have the SR7-8X and the Shuttle is out too...................the Asus is "suppose" to be out any day and if I were you.....................I'd wait on that! Something about this Abit board............I don't know.....it's very new and all, but it just seems quirky............ Plus, it doesn't have the serial ATA or Firewire like the Asus offering will have............

Also, NewEgg was "suppose" to have Samsung true DDR-400 on Monday, but, they moved the date to today (7-31) according to their site. I got a stick from Ingram, but, NewEgg will make it "mainstrem".................

OK.........Update on the ram....................just checked NewEgg again, and either they are updating and have it..................or, they aren't getting it because last night at around midnight CDT the page stated it was scheduled to arrive today (7-31) and now it doesn't even mention it.................who knows what's going on?????

BTW...........NewEgg also said on the phone yesterday that they would have more of the Abit boards in today or tomorrow................😉
