SiS 5595 chipset upgrade question.

I am trying to upgrade a pc with a SiS chipset 5595 and need to know what the fastest processor it will handle.
Any ideas?

Find out the motherboard manufacturer and model. Goto the manufacterer's website. Take a look there. It should tell you the max CPU speed your motherboard is capable of.

That's kindof a problem, because I can't tell who made the motherboard, is there any way through software to get the manufacturer?
