I was looking on Ebay for a new vid card and came across a guy posting a brand new vid card with 128mb RAM and the new SIS 315 chipset. Have any of these cards undergone any very recent tests with good drivers?
It has some great features including S-Video, HDTV support, dual monitor, VCD and DVD decoding.
Just need to see how well it will hold up against the competion.

I've seen those at computer shows and I'm always tempted to buy one just to try it out.

It generally performs about mid-way between the GF2 MX200 and MX400.
As stated by holdencommodore, 28MB of RAM is a complete waste on this card as it in no way has to power to run at resolutions in which that much RAM would gain you any benefit.
