okay, I wasn't sure what this Live8 concert was, so I read this article. Why do these entertainers think it's so easy for "rich" countries to save "poor" countries?

B/c they are celebrities and obviously they have a better understanding of economics and world politics than the rest of us.

To me, I'd much rather see them trying to aid the world in some way than just sitting idle and swimming in their millions/billions. They might be celebrities, but not all of them are airheads. most, but not all.
