SINXP video problem?!?

My new SINXP will not put out a video signal. The card that is ment to go in the system is a AIW 9700 Pro, but it would boot, but the monitor would not get a signal (tried two monitors, that work with other computers). I then swaped the AIW out for a old PCI voodoo card, still not video, the I tried my known to be working GeForce4 Ti4200, and still not video signal. I am not geting any beep codes at post or any thing. What in the world could be wrong?

i am assuming u mean winxp? also, what is ur other hardware? no beeps huh? i am thinking its the psu or mobo.

Well not that the OS matters, since I could not get any video signal, I think I have it narrowed down to RAM, my old ddr266 ram works, but neither stick of my new 512 Corsair XMS ram works, any idea why, they are DDR400 chips
