Singleplayer Half Life 2 Mods???

Hello all-

I'm in the process of reinstalling HL2 and want to play through the campaign again. I've been researching mods and most of them seem to be Multiplayer mods. Anybody know of some good SP HL2 mods? Like maybe a texture or weapon pack?

The FakeFactory mod is very hi-res. You need a lot of ram and a 64bit OS.

this. It makes the game look awesome and add some cool things in the game that make it look more like an alien attack like fallen airplanes and sinking ships. The only part I hated is when I went to Ravenholm and there was a fat naked guy in a bed LOL.

Damn - I checked and you also need EP1 & 2 :frown: I do not have these (got the orange box for 360)

Maybe I dl'd a different one but my 9.5 was only like 1.5GB

That is an add on. You need the 9.0 base.

The 10th version of FakeFactory (currently Beta 2 I believe) is better compressed, it uses considerably less memory, and is much more 32-Bit friendly now, more information and pictures, including download links can be found there.

FakeFactory is one of the coolest mods I have ever seen. The Adrianna model is friggin' hot as hell and the textures are simply amazing. The visual quality rivals Crysis with this texture pack. The only downside is that loading times become LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG unless you have an SSD drive on which the game is stored.
