Years ago my Dad got pulled over because my then 3 yr old sister was making snorting noises out the window -- the policeman was sure she ws calling him a "pig"


my Dad kept trying to explain that she just snorted and made weird sounds sometimes (there was some tv show she got that from, I can't recall exactly), but he ended up getting a ticket for something trivial not related to the snorting.

The way we saw it was that you were trying to avoid responsibility, not to mention calling the cops "pigs". A lot of people here respect the police for what they chose to do for a living. It's very hard and they get paid very little. It's a thankless job, and ridiculing the people who protect you and your rights won't get you much respect. You came off sounding like my 5 year old when he tries to lie to get out of trouble.

Sometimes I really feel bad for cops, They have a tough job dealing with punks like you. I have gotten a few tickets and I have NEVER BEEN MAD AT THE COP. You should be mad at your self because you were the one speeding. AS for singling you out it is the chance you take when you drive fast you may be the one who gets pulled over.

Completely agreed.

When I got my one & only speeding ticket I thanked the cop & told him to have a good evening when he handed me my ticket.

I got a careless driving ticket that really pissed me off, but even then I didn't take it out on the cop.

My family got an earful though.
