Single Xeon motherboard?

I've been looking for a motherboard to use a 2.4 GHz Xeon in (Socket 604). It seems that all of them are dual processor boards. I don't need 2 processors, and I will never add a 2nd one to this computer, so is there a motherboard out there that is designed for 1 Xeon? The cheapest 2 Xeon motherboard I have found is $120+.

$120 for a dual board is less than the ~$280 single-Xeon Supermicro board I saw a while back. If you are determined to use the Xeon, that is a good price (although you'll need an EPS power supply most likely).

Bigger picture: for $120 you could have a Shuttle AN35N Ultra and an AthlonXP 2400+. No EPS power supply needed.
