i just went from 2 x 512mb pc3200 to 1 x 1gb pc3200. but do i notice the difference in speed? nope. did a fresh format and that made a huge difference 😉
 
Dude, it's not like it's going to miraculously increase your speed. It'll be a little bit faster on an Nforce 2. You'd notice the dual channel more if you ran an Intel setup.
