Probably quite useless to you but MBNA credit cards offer this feature for free if that's any use.

One time use cards are great for those short term subscriptions when you don't want to be billed $19.95 a month after the trial period wears off.

Discover Card has Deskshop which lets you produce one-time use numbers that associate to your real credit card number. Discover kicks @$$ with its 1% cashback. I made $60 last year! ;) Discover is underrated.

Hit up "shop" tab then "Shop Anywhere". It should pop up a screen about where you're going to shop then generate a bar on the bottom of the screen.

Citibank lets you use a one time number and you can set a maximum dollar amount for each number generated as well.
