Single-sided PC2100 chips?

I have an N-Force chipset. And if you want to use all three memory slots, the 2&3 slots need to be single sided, and equal the size of the chip in slot 1 for best performance.

Are there single-sided 256MB chips out there?
 
Go take a look at PNY with Samsung chips on Samsung PCB. Don't know about 256MB but I have 2 sticks of PNY 128MB and 1 is single sided while the other one is double sided.
