I heard single sided ram can't be paired with double sided. Is this true? Also is there any issues with single sided ram with intel P4/AMD boards. Never really fooled with the single sided ram. Heck I didnt think they made DDR single sided ram.

At least I never seen a stick before.

if single sided ram didn't work with double sided ram, then owners of early 845D chipset motherboard (such as myself) would be screwed. the board i have has 2 ram slots and can only address 3 banks of ram.

it should work properly, but it is recommended that if you are running dual channel to have the same sided chips.
