Bart was born the same year as me, 1980, because there was an episode the same year that I turned 21 where Bart wrote on the board "I should not be 21 by now" and Lisa is 2 years his Junior, so she'd be born in 1982.

If you watch the episode about Lisa's first word, they tell the story of her birth as well, and Marge goes into labor after the swimming competition in the 1984 Olympics and Homer wins a free krusty burger.
