Single PS2 port - Y-cable for KB + mouse?

Is anyone using a Y-cable of some kind to attach a KB and mouse to the single PS2 port that many new motherboards have? Do you know the make/model of the cable?

My KVM switch is PS2 not USB and I don't want to replace it. I've used PS2-to-USB adapters for some PCs, but they aren't quite as reliable as a real PS2 connection.
