Single horizontal line

My trusty 9 year old HP 2475W (an old IPS 1900x1200 model) is ill🙁

Shows what looks like a single pixel high horizontal line across the center of the screen. Looks green-ish on a white background, and black on darker screens. I've switched outputs from the GPU (rx 470), input on the monitor, and the cables. Also updated GPU drivers and rebooted a few times. Rolling back display driver might be the last option to try. Any other ideas?
