Single-Core to Dual-Core HSF?

Is it ok to use a stock HSF from A64 3000+ (939) on 4200+ x2 (939)? About to buy an OEM and wasn't sure if the HSF would be sufficent.

It should be okay. My old 4800+ came with a higher-end copper heatpipe heatsink, but for the lower clocked 4200 you should be fine if you do not overclock. I am pretty sure the lower clocked X2's came with the same heatsinks as the standard A64 chips, for the retail versions that is.
