Pretty much. Slate.com had some really good coverage of the trial. He was obviously guilty, but the prosecution had some major disadvantages; victim denied it, the jury didn't know that Kelly paid off several other girls he fucked/videotaped, and a few others.

regardless if whatever victim was happy, then justice was served. If they weren't then I am sure the court would have found him guilty.
