I walked to the mall and indulged myself in yet another almost free bottle of Bath and Bodyworks lotion and then trotted over to Panera to pick up cheese bread for my honey.While at Panera I noticed that they had a chocolate chip germain danish,upon closer inspection I noticed that it contained zero carb,fat or calories but only for those people who were too sick on their birthdays to eat cake.

I qualified😛

Trotted home with crumbs on my coat😛 only to find a package from my SO's Mom,cute little lavender slipper socks and matching pj's in a size small,the stuff fits 🙂

lol,we eat so healthfully here that I was actually embarrassed brushing the crumbs off my coat,it was almost like cheating or something serious🙂

A key part of fitting the small pj's 🙂 . I was in much better shape when I walked 1.5 miles each way to college 5 days a week.

I walk a lot,I also exercise regularly at a gym.My mall walk was on top of 30 min cardio and some weight lifting🙂

At any rate,I do love sweets and baked goodies and they taste so much better when I plan to eat them rather than just indiscrimately stuffing my face with crap.

Yeah, my wife was telling me Panera is getting a whole Adkins line of breads, but they haven't rolled it out here in Detroit yet.
