All you brits will know what I'm on about, you see a product with the dollar figure the same (or even less!) than the pound. This country is such a frickin' rip off.

I am currently trying to get hold of a good audio editor, cool edit or sound forge, I go to the companies site that import Sonic Foundry stuff in to the UK and I ask for a price for SF XP 5.0, baring in mind the US list price is $79.
85 bloody quid!! $79->£85

£85=$120

Now where's that hack site... :|
 
damn, I was hoping you'd found a company that'd give me 1000 pounds for my 1000 bucks. then i'd convert it back to USD somewhere else, then back again... until I can pay off my college debt x2 😉 and buy a better computer of course
