Understandable if you're young, but she's around 43...she's have been over there in Britain THAT long. I think she just does it for show:disgust:

I've lived in North Carolina for 16 years (I'm 21) and I STILL haven't shaken my Northern accent.

It's easy to do. Mine disappeared after being home for a week though.

I worked with a guy from Pennsylvania for about three months and talked to a friend I hadn't seen in years. He asked if I had been on the east coast.

When you live in a country for like more than a year, and you mingle with all the people, you do get the accent and their way of talking, believe me. Im one example, and I totally hate it. It couldn't be helped though!
