What the heck? Give the Fedex guy a key to go inside for crying out loud. Or at least, let the Fedex guy go through the side door which is propped open that you can clearly see from the entrance!
Background: I bought something on Ebay. Supposedly, they've been trying to deliver to my apartment twice but have been leaving the door tags in front of the complex instead of at my door. So, I e-mailed the apartment manager to see if she'd take the package if I signed for it. She responded that UPS and USPS are the only two shipping companies allowed in the building... what?
