Since when are URLs case sensitive?

The domain itself isn't sensitive, however if the files are stored on a linux webserver it is case sensitive. greece/greece2004.htm
is different from Greece/Greece2004.htm

It isn't a problem. More of a limitation of windows that you can't have greece2004.htm and Greece2004.htm be different files in the same folder. So yes, go limitations!
