...I was wondering if anyone has posted about the 861 evidence site. I assumed that they had but I wasn't able to find any posts in search. Anyways, here is the site: here. It is basically a site that claims that the income of the average American who earns their money on domestic soil is not taxable under the government's own tax code. A shocking proposition, wanted to hear some opinions on the matter (especially professional opinions, such as CPAs and tax attorneys). If this is a repost please post the original thread and I'll just revive that one. Thanks.

The Constitution and the Laws of The United States of America give you the right to do whatever you want. There are penalties for bucking the system, though. If you think you have found a way around paying taxes then go for it. I will behappy to send you a roll of toilet paper when you goto the federal pound me in the butt prison.

just becuase something "looks" professional doesn't mean it is.

you should spend your time thinking of ways to make money rather than spending your time thinking of ways not to pay taxes.
