Since New Reinstall - Main Fan Won't Spin

Every since I did a new XP reinstall on my ABIT MB , the main aux fan is not working. Both the HEATSINK & CPU fan are working, but the aux fan is not spinning at all which is a problem. When I go into ABIT BIOS it shows the fan actually working, at 1500 RPM, thus no real spinning. Curious if certain drivers arn't installed properly? Any ideas would be great. I guess the fan could of just died, but its very clean and not that old.

Sounds like the fan is dead, replace it.

or the fan header has failed. Try plugging the system fan into a different header or directily to a PSU molex connector if it supports that.
