I've noticed a few things since I've been back in America.

1. Americans don't travel .
2. No one cares that I've traveled to Asia.
3. Americans are really big.
4. We have huge noses!
5. We are impatient.
6. Americans still think Asia is dirt poor.

I hate to generalize. Yes, I'm aware I did just that. Anyway...

Not all Americans are disgusting. Just the ones that live near me in New Jersey.

Most can't afford to travel. Most are trapped in trying to live an upper class lifestyle that everyone says is middle class.

Americans actually travel quite a bit. Millions of American's travel by car - some 80% of vacations are done by car. Why? America is large and diverse. New York to Los Angeles is about 1,000 miles farther than Paris to Moscow. There are a ton of local cultures, destinations, climates and varied scenery within American itself

The US is large and geographically diverse, but there's no comparing its human diversity with Europe's.

The first thing I noticed after an overseas trip was a #400-500 man, almost as soon as I had entered the terminal. That's just one extreme example, but Americans really are fat.

That's because traveling outside of the US means you spent a lot of money to voluntarily be in a worse part of the planet. It's not just that we don't care, we actively think it's stupid and a waste of time and money.
