When everyone on the internet can be verified that they're not fvcking immature and won't use something that's not safe for work so that the mods don't have to spend the ungodly amount of time that they don't have in order to moderate them?

It's not possible to use custom avatars because then users will try to take advantage of the situation(posting pr0n, spam, using humongo gifs, jpgs that waste bandwith)

Why not set a limit of 64x64, require them to be PNG, and have them screened?

You could make all the mods also Avatar-Reviewers or special Avatar-Reviewers. I'm sure some people are willing to help out.
