ok so I finally got around to playing through SIN episode 1 and I got to the part where I talk to Viktor and he shows me the syringe and he says "get my sub ready" then just stands there. I'm stuck between the forcefeild and his glass office and nothing happens.... I just sit and sit and sit.

Is that the end?
 
It's a path-finding bug a lot of people had, including me. It's supposed to be fixed in the patch... You can also try restarting the level although that didn't work for me. I ended up map-skipping cos you only miss a cut-scene. Check out the Ritualistic and Steam forums.
