Simpsons/hidden dirty joke question

Friend: yo
Friend: so i have a question
Friend: actually i'll just paste this quote from this other guy's blog
Me: ?
Me: ok
Friend: Watching the Simpsons ?Tomacco? episode tonight, I was struck again by the brief appearance of the filthiest joke ever broadcast on network TV. I?m serious. I think it?s still there because the censors didn?t get it. If you don?t get it, you don?t see anything untoward; it doesn?t have the appearance of naughtiness. But there it is, every other month when the episode?s rerun: a sign on a rural store.

SNEED?S FEED AND SEED
(Formerly Chuck?s)

Friend: I?ve described the line to smart people, clever people, Men of the World, and they don?t get it, which is probably why it?s still there.

And no, I?m not going to tell you if you don?t get it
Friend: get it?
Me: not in the least...
Friend: me neither

Can anyone explain this?

Thanks.

You couldn't just post.

"This appeared in a simpson's episode and is apparently the dirtiest joke on tv, but i dont get it..

SNEED?S FEED AND SEED
(Formerly Chuck?s)"

Assclown

chucks f and s.

i remember laughing so hard the first time I saw that when the episode aired I actually had tears in my eye.

"this tastes like burning"

I have no clue how that is offensive. Anyone?

Edit: Thanks to Spidey07 who just posted before me, I get it. Chuck's F and S. What words starting with F and S rhyme with Chuck?

😀

Just googled it to find the answer. That is great, I never noticed it before! 😀

Oh...that's a bit of a stretch and hardly the most obscene joke ever on TV.

Correct.

Sneed's Feed and Seed (Formerly Chuck's)

Notice how the last 3 letters of each word are all "eed" modeled after Sneed, well put Chuck in place of Sneed and replace "uck" as the last 3
letters of each and it makes "Chuck's F--- and Suck".

That's really weak.

I don't understand why the F & S would change with the first word. Why not just Chuck's Feed and Seed???

amish

I don't see what his problem with it is. Anyone who knows the reference is already exposed to the problem and anyone who doesn't is safely isolated.

anyways...the joke:
notice how feed and seed rhyme with sneed?

replace sneed with chuck and make the other words rhyme with chuck and you'll see it.

spidey07: I believe the "tastes like burning" line is from the "Lord of the Flies" episode when Ralph eats some purple berries. 😀
When he eats the tomacco, I believe he says "Daddy, this tastes like grandma." 😛

Cause Sneed ends with "eed" and Chuck ends with "uck". It rhymes.

Right.

And if I take my last name, swap the vowels, add 2 to each consonant, and pronounce it in swahili, it's offensive.

I mean, okay, it's an inside joke... but hardly the most offensive thing on TV.

thanks for the correction.

man I love that show way too much. Tomacco is one of my favorite episodes, absolutely brilliant.

If I take 'car', remove the 'c' and replace it with 'as', then change 'ar' to 'shole', I get 'asshole'... OMG so offensive and clever!!!

I think the dirtiest jokes have to belong to the Family Guy...

Lois: Oh, it's been so long since I've been on a university campus... It's like it's all new to me again.
Stewie: Well, maybe if you layed on your back with your ankles behind your head it'd start to come back to you.

...for example.

Here are some better ones:

Mr. Smithers: "People like dogs, sir!"
Burns: Nonsense. Dogs are idiots. Think about it, Smithers. If I came into your house and started sniffing at your crotch and slobbering all over your face, what would you say?
Smithers: Uh... if YOU did it, sir...?

Smithers: I don't think women and seamen mix, sir.
Burns: Yes, we know what you think.

Burns: You see me as a God, right Smithers?
Smithers: Absolutely, sir
Burns: You'd kneel before me?
Smithers: Boy, would I!

Agreed. Download the unaired episode called "When you wish upon a Weinstein" or something like that... No wonder it wasnt put on TV. heh
