Simply amazing.. putting speakers at your ear level..

It makes the world of difference! When I was at the dorm, I put my Boston Acoustics BA4800 speakers on the desk, shelf, and so on..

But now that I'm home, I had no choice but to put the both front speakers at the top of the monitor and the rear speakers on the desk. Those two front speakers at the ear makes the world of difference!

The music totally immerses me, you know that surrounded effect.. wow.. The speakers sound extra crisp and mesmerising too.. if you know what I mean...

if you had speakers with a decent soundstage you wouldn't have had that problem to begin with

Glad another one has been enlightened. It's a little different when your speaker is 3+ feet tall...can't be at ear-level all at once. 🙂 But that's why we try to have the tweeters at ear level when setting up.
