SimpleTech DDR Memory, Good or Bad ?

Has anyone use SimpleTech ddr memory before, are they good or bad, how is the overclocking ability? Just browsing through Newegg.com, and found out the following specs for 512MB 2700. (Gold Contacts seems interesting)
