simplest way to create a telephone patch panel?

I ran cat3 wire to the basement for every room as well as cat 5, and I have a patch panel for the cat5 all wired up, now whats the best and easist solution for the cat 3? i only plan on hooking up no more than 1 or 2 lines.
 
Yea... but it's fun to play with. If you want to give it a shot I may have an extra 66 block sitting around they I can send ya. Just pay the shipping...
 
yup. punch down all pairs of the cat3 onto 66, then daisychain them together. If you need a pic I'll punch down a two drop example, you can take it from there.
always term all pairs, everywhere. All it takes is a little time and it is priceless later if you want to use the pairs for alarm, signalling, whatever.
