I tried to d othis manually but it gets messed up every time I rearange some other text, I know there's a way to insert one or two lines of text (my name and the paper's) on top and bottom of every page, any help?
 
Go to Header and Footer. Insert your name etc. in header and whatever in footer. Everytime you print, your header and footer will print out automatically.
