Simple webpage question

I'm replacing my old Angelfire webpage with a new one I created in Frontpage. Anyways, I uploaded all the files, but now I have two "index" files. One is from the old page, and the other one is from the new page. Angelfire won't let me delete either file, or rename the old one as something else and delete it. What should I do?

 
Do you FTP them to the server? If you do, try naming the file the same as your old one. Then, upload and overwrite that old file.
