Simple Video Editing Software

virtual dub maybe ? i know ulead video studio does this but it costs a decent amount of money......i actually use virtual dub more then ulead video studio.....yep thats all i can think of

XP and Mac OSX 10 - Avid FreeDV

There is one for Linux that is good too, but I don't use it. Therefore the name escapes me.
