Ok i know it may sound simple but i am trying to get a message to pop up for 5 seconds and then dissapear. I have made a label and got the program to change the text in it but i can't seam to find a command to hold the program for 5 seconds. Sleep, hold all the usaly suspects don't seams to work 
Any ideas??
